Processing

The standard processing time is 24-72 hours, regardless of the shipping method selected. All preparation times are counted as business days—there is no handling on weekends or major holidays. Any orders placed during those days will continue processing the following business day.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. All shipping methods are available on business days. 

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard (5-7 business days) - $5.95
  • Expedited (2-4 business days) - $8.95

* Shipping may take up to 14 days in transit.

Due to the high volume of packages received, please remember that tracking information may not be updated until your package reaches your local sorting facility. While SmokeToke Depo offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or due to shipping carriers are not SmokeToke Depo's responsibility.

Order Tracking:

Smoke Toke Depot cannot guarantee transit and delivery dates, but we strive to offer the most effective and satisfactory service. We will automatically generate an email with your tracking information.

Undelivered & Lost Packages:

Undelivered or lost packages are not the responsibility of SmokeToke Depot. The customer and the carrier must resolve any issues resulting from packages not being received. Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported. Please be aware that inaccurate and incomplete address submissions inputted by the customer will cause returns, delays, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your package. SmokeToke Depot is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous address submissions entered by the customer.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:

Smoke Toke Depot strives to ensure all orders go out in brand-new condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service, this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s U.S. address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items, and other issues after the initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely at the shipping address provided on your order, SmokeToke Depot is no longer responsible for the delivery of and condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, missing items, customs seizure, damages, and breakage.

Order Discrepancies:

If any part of your order is incorrect, email us within 48 hours of the package's delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with resolving this matter.

Order Cancellation & Changes:

SmokeToke Depot aims to offer the most convenient service to our customers. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled at your request. Please contact our Customer Service Team at smoketokedepot@gmail.com right away if you wish to modify your order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds apply only to items returned to SmokeToke Depot for inspection and review unless mitigating circumstances exist. If your package's return incurs any fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items. We regularly scan our website for possible errors. However, occasional errors may occur in descriptions or images. Additionally, manufacturers might update information that we may be unaware of and have been unable to revise. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for any errors, including typographical mistakes.
