DELIVERY INFORMATION
Processing
The standard processing time is 24-72 hours, regardless of the shipping method selected. All preparation times are counted as business days—there is no handling on weekends or major holidays. Any orders placed during those days will continue processing the following business day.
State Compliance
State Compliance: Many states have restrictions or regulations that must be followed. Please refer to the Compliance Page.
Standard shipping will be delivered via USPS Ground (exclusions apply for each shipping option).
After any discounts and applicable taxes, a $75 minimum purchase is required. This option is available on the Compliance Page for all listed U.S. states and territories.
USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)
USPS orders are processed Monday through Friday. All shipping methods are available on business days. USPS orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security.
USPS Shipping Rates:
USPS Ground Advantage (5-7 business days) - $4.95
USPS Priority (2-4 business days) - $7.95/$10.95 (for select states)
Flat Rate Shipping may take up to 14 days in transit.
Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please remember that tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of SmokeToke Depot and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Order Tracking:
Smoke Toke Depot cannot guarantee transit and delivery dates, but we strive to offer the most effective and satisfactory service. We will automatically generate an email with your tracking information.
Undelivered & Lost Packages:
Undelivered or lost packages are not the responsibility of SmokeToke Depot, and the customer with USPS must resolve any issues resulting from packages not being received. Any erroneous shipping issues must be reported. Please be aware that inaccurate and incomplete address submissions inputted by the customer will cause returns, delays, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your package. SmokeToke Depot is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous address submissions entered by the customer.
Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:
Smoke Toke Depot strives to ensure all orders go out in brand-new condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service, this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s U.S. address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items, and other issues after the initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely at the shipping address provided on your order, SmokeToke Depot is no longer responsible for the delivery of and condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, missing items, customs seizure, damages, and breakage.
Order Discrepancies:
If any part of your order is incorrect, email us within 48 hours of the package's delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with resolving this matter.
Order Cancellation & Changes:
SmokeToke Depot strives to provide the most convenient service to our customers. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request. Please email our Customer Service Team at smoketokedepot@gmail.com immediately if you wish to change your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items returned to SmokeToke Depot for inspection and review unless mitigating circumstances exist. If your package's return incurred any return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
We consistently scan our website for any possible errors. However, an occasional error may occur in descriptions or pictures. Also, manufacturers might update information we are unaware of and have not had the opportunity to update. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for any errors, such as typographical.
