Return Policy

The buyer is responsible for returning the product to Smoke Toke Depot. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Smoke Toke Depot cannot provide a refund or replacement until the return is received.

Risk of Loss

All products purchased from the Site are made according to a shipment contract. That means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items returned to Smoke Toke Depot for inspection and review unless mitigating circumstances exist.
